- Consent, where you have given consent for a specific purpose.
- Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take requested pre-contractual steps.

Personal information may be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, including the United States. Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, transfers to organizations participating in an applicable data privacy framework, or another lawful mechanism. We may also use supplementary contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards where appropriate.

Choices and Consequences of Declining Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may decline or withdraw consent. Declining optional cookies or marketing communications will not prevent you from accessing the general website, although certain optional features or personalized experiences may be unavailable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn or processing conducted under another lawful basis.
